BLOGGGGG thing

What are the benefits of a regular routine of getting up on time in the morning? morning runs if I want too, having a shower, then I get ready, if I want breakfast I usually have a smoothie or yogurt and oat meal, enjoy these things because their healthy for my tinana. 

What is one positive thing that you can do for others in your day? compliment them, say a friendly "kia ora, morena, hi, hello" stay positive
